A off-dry apple wine, made with carefully selected apple varieties from the Pacific Northwest. Naturally fermented to 10-14% ABV, a perfect alternative to white wine. Pairs well with seafood and pork-centric dishes, as well as grilled vegetables, and artisan cheeses.
Cider du glace — a specialty cider produced using traditional cryo-extraction techniques. Semi-frozen apples are pressed, leaving behind a concentrated fruit essence. The rich and undiluted juice is naturally fermented using our own unique yeast blend, leaving a finished product that is characterized with its balance of natural sweetness and tart aromatics. A perfect complement to a meal, as either an aperitif or digestif. Makes for a unique gift for the premium cider lover in your life.
A sugar-free “diet” cider
A truly innovative product that is great for those who are looking for a lighter alternative to traditional cider. Our cider is fermented until all of the residual sugars have been completely converted into alcoholic goodness. The cider is then brought to medium-sweet perfection with natural sugar alternatives for a smooth finish - sansguilt.
A traditional English-style farmhouse cider
Inspired by the traditional cider production methods of England, this cider is bursting with complex aromatics and flavors. Using Oregon heirloom cider apple varieties blended with dessert fruit from Hood River, our farmhouse cider acts as an ode to the origins of cider production in the UK. Enjoy a pint of classic English heritage. Or two.
Our attempt at inclusivity — alcoholic inclusivity, to be exact. (Especially) for those whose tolerance leaves something to be desired, we thought it appropriate to develop our own easy to drink, low ABV house cider. This “table” cider is blended to a lower alcohol content than your traditional ciders (around 2-4% ABV). Sweet, fruity notes and earthy aromas can be found in this all natural “session cider.”
