We fermented a blend of Northwest pears into this low-acid, slightly tannic perry, a true pear juice fermented beverage unlike a cider or pear cider that is blended with apples. Not at all back-sweetened with sugar, all of the richness in this perry come from the fruit. Somos Uno, We Are One, is an homage to migrant farm workers and their families who bless our Valley and work to provide the abundance we experience. A portion of the proceeds from all sales directly benefit Gorge Ecumenical Ministries, whose work supports family and phone funds for migrant workers and immigrants in our region
